We offer the following shipping options:

All our shipments come with a tracking number. We use FedEx, DHL and local carriers to ensure that packages are delivered very quickly and safely.

After the carrier scans your package, we are no longer responsible if the package is lost or stolen. In this extremely rare case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total as they are determined by the customs authority of the destination country. The agency will contact the recipient by mail, email or phone to cover these charges so that your shipment can reach you. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional costs.


If your package is returned to us due to an address issue that you have provided to us, you will be responsible for paying the shipping invoice so that we can re-ship your package.
